The Moore’s were undertaking a conversion at their home and were looking for a staircase that was not only practical and complied with building regulations, but wanted something modern with a quirky twist that wouldn’t be too invasive. Gary Moore commented “I searched the internet for specialist spiral staircase manufacturers which is where I came across British Spirals & Castings and got in touch. Having had Richard attend our home to view the problem and to discuss what we needed he suggested a second visit to the showroom and workshop. It was there that we saw a staircase under fabrication that was almost what we had in mind, and with assistance from Ben and Richard the answer evolved.”
