Balcony Ideas – Star and Diamond

In conjunction with Mr Maurice Glucksman we created a new design of cast aluminium cast decking plates for balconies to compliment the slotted tread design.

The new design creates a modern appearance and looks stunning in the attached photo. The plate is made up of 400x 400mm square modules and can be cast in 800mm or 1200mm long by 400mm wide sections, allow any size of balcony to be constructed. As we have our own foundry special sizes can be formed to suit each project.

The balustrade for this project was made using 25mm square extruded aluminium bar with a 40 x 10mm convex handrail and this was minored on the spiral stairs. The finish is powder coating which is done in-house to match that of the window frames.
